1. Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of healthcaresurvivalkit.com, medicalbillssuck.com and related content provided by KWF Ventures LLC doing business as Healthcare Survival Kit. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Data Policy. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to use the Services. 3. No Medical or Legal Advice The information provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Please consult appropriate professionals before making healthcare or legal decisions. The question chat on medicalbillssuck.com is automated, may be wrong, and gives general information about our products only. 4. Use of the Services You agree to use the Services lawfully — without interfering with their operation, harassing others, or attempting unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. 5. Accounts and Security If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. 6. Fees and Payments Advocacy and consulting services are governed by separate agreements and payment terms. Free resources and educational content remain subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and related email communications. Guides and toolkits are digital products, delivered on the page you reach right after payment. Your purchase is a personal license: you may use and print it for yourself, an immediate family member, or someone in your care, but not resell, share or redistribute it, or use it in a professional advocacy, billing or consulting practice. Each copy is marked with the buyer's email address. Because delivery is instant, all sales are final, except where we fix a delivery problem such as a damaged file or a purchase that never arrived. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you understand this before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Kit + Kim includes two 30-minute one-on-one meetings with Kim by video or phone, booked through her secure client portal within 90 days of purchase. You sign the Kit + Kim agreement before you upload any bills. Kim reviews the bills you share with her through the portal before you meet, and emails you a summary after each meeting. It does not include questions by email, and Kim does not prepare or file appeals. Refunds for Kit + Kim: the kit part of your price is final. The + Kim part is the rest of your price, what you paid above the kit price, or for an upgrade, what you paid to upgrade. If you stop before your first meeting, we refund 80% of the + Kim part. After a meeting has taken place, the + Kim part is not refundable. If Kim has to end your work together, or cancels a meeting and can't offer you a new time within 30 days, we refund the whole + Kim part. You can move a meeting with at least 24 hours' notice; a meeting moved with less notice, or missed, counts as used. A meeting not booked within 90 days of purchase is forfeited. 7. Intellectual Property All content on the Services is owned by Healthcare Survival Kit and protected by law. You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only, without removing any copyright notices. 8. User Content If you submit content to us, you grant Healthcare Survival Kit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to provide and improve the Services. 9. Electronic Communications and Marketing Consent Downloading resources, requesting a consultation, or submitting a form constitutes consent to receive emails about your request, educational content, and service promotions. You can unsubscribe anytime, though you may still receive transactional emails. 10. Third Party Services and Links We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on the Services. 11. Disclaimers The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, security, or the accuracy of information provided. 12. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthcare Survival Kit and its affiliated parties from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights. 14. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, with exclusive jurisdiction in North Carolina courts. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time, revising the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of that change. 16.
